COUNSELLOR PROFILE
My name is Amanda Cox. I am a person centred counsellor offering short term and long term counselling/psychotherapy for adults and young people (from age 11) My approach is person centred but I also use other counselling models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) depending upon the needs of individual clients.
In addition to my counselling/psychotherapy practises located in Chichester and Littlehampton, I am an NHS counsellor currently working in a GP surgery and I have spent several years as a secondary school counsellor working with young people aged 11-18.
I am committed to providing counselling/psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment whereby even the most difficult issues can be explored with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

Fees:- £40 per 50 minute session. The first session is free of charge and provides an opportunity for us to explore what brings you to counselling and
to look at how counselling may be able to help you.
