How many sessions might I need?The number of sessions would vary depending on the issue involved. Some situations require short term counselling ie up to six sessions, whereas other issues may take longer to resolveie exploring issues from the past which are negatively affecting you in your current life situation.
Is it confidential?
As a qualified counsellor I am required to have regular supervision of my work to ensure that I am offering you the best service that I can.All supervisors are also bound by ethics and confidentiality.
